Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This document sets out the legal agreement between you and jeta74.

Age Restriction: The jeta74 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors may not register or play on this platform. Accounts may be restricted until age verification is complete.

01 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between jeta74 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user", "member"). By accessing the jeta74.cam website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

The meanings of some important terms used in these Terms are given below:

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

jeta74 may verify your identity at any time. Identification documents, proof of date of birth, or other documentation may be requested. Some account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds at jeta74, you may use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Before depositing, ensure that your payment account is registered in your name. Deposits from a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name may be temporarily suspended or cancelled.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Before withdrawing, ensure that:

  • Your account is fully verified.
  • All wagering requirements have been met.
  • Your payment account details are correct and registered in your name.

jeta74 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if fraud is suspected or while a verification process is ongoing.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No foreign currency conversion applies on this platform.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jeta74 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that until bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount have been completed, withdrawal from the bonus will not be possible. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed to become eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may claim each promotion only once.
  • jeta74 reserves the right to grant or withdraw bonuses.
  • No bonus may be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
  • Bonuses may be forfeited if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
  • All promotional offers have a limited validity period and terms are subject to change.

4.4 VIP Program

jeta74 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Users can be promoted to a higher tier by remaining regularly active and increasing their play volume. jeta74 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

05 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta74:

  • Fraud, deception, or attempting to earn money by dishonest means.
  • Exploiting software bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Colluding or conspiring with other users.
  • Providing account information in a false or misleading manner.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, jeta74 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

5.3 Ensuring Fair Play

jeta74 uses software from trusted game providers to ensure fairness across all games. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely fair and free from predetermined results.

06 Privacy and Data Protection

09 Right to Suspend or Terminate Service

jeta74 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend service without prior notice in the following cases:

  • During an investigation into fraud or abuse.

If your account holds a valid balance while the service is suspended, that amount will be returned when the service resumes or when the account is closed; however, bonuses or promotional credits are non-refundable.

10 Limitation of Liability

jeta74 is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
  • Losses resulting from your own negligence or sharing your login credentials with others.
  • Losses caused by issues with third-party game provider software.
  • Service interruptions due to unforeseen events (earthquakes, floods, war, etc.).

Under no circumstances will jeta74's total liability exceed the valid balance held in your account.

11 Dispute Resolution

We review all complaints seriously and try to resolve them as quickly as possible. When submitting a complaint, please include your account details, a description of the issue, and the relevant date and time (BST).

If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, the dispute will be settled through a neutral mediator agreed upon by both parties.

12 Policy on Changes to Terms

jeta74 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the website. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.
